MARITIME AND AVIATION

We act for ship-owners, chatterers, shippers and marine insurers including P & I clubs. We provide advice on aspects of shipping laws including ships arrests, cargo loss and damage, ship sale and purchase, disputes out of charter parties, bills of lading, collisions, insurance, oil and commodities, cabotage and other marine related matters.

 

We organize maritime seminars on business of shipping for maritime practitioners, government agencies and shipping companies together with a maritime law expert and professor in New York Maritime College of the University of the State of New York; and in collaboration with the Association of Ship Brokers and Agents (ASBA) USA.

 

The Firm also provides legal service to the aviation industry. We can advice on fixed-wing aircraft and helicopter financing schemes, operating leases, airline licensing, aircraft registration and other aviation regulatory matters.
