We have developed sophisticated legal practice in a number of core specialized areas of practice in response to our clients’ needs and demands of the business market place. We therefore offer clients the greatest possible depth of experience and skill in diverse and complex legal areas, especially in construction law, arbitration, taxation and general regulatory law oil and gas natural resources law, maritime and aviation.
We also have competences in communications, environmental law, community relations, labour and immigration, banking and investment, commercial and corporate law and intellectual and real estate.
We also work to resolve our clients’ problems using specialized techniques of alternative dispute resolution; such as negotiation, mediation, conciliation and arbitration without necessarily resorting to litigation, but when litigation becomes necessary, we focus on success-efficiently and with accountability.
CONSTRUCTION & INFRASTRUCTURAL LAW PRACTICE
The upsurge in the awareness for infrastructural development in the country has revealed a consensus between and amongst the government, the private sector and donor agencies for a public private partnership ( PPP ) arrangement in the development of national infrastructure.
ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ADR)
The firm offers bespoke ADR services, such as; dispute avoidance (DA); dispute resolution advisory service; ( DRAS) post-dispute negotiation, problem-solving mediation (PSM), conciliation, dispute adjudication board (DAB), mediative-conciliation, executive tribunal and case evaluation.
LITIGATION AND ARBITRATION
The Firm undertakes the representation of client companies in processing applications for licences and leases, rendering advice on Nigerian petroleum and mining laws, project planning and documentation at all stages.
OIL AND GAS, NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENTAL LAW
The firm provides advice for clients involved in any form of dispute or liability.
CASE MANAGEMENT, CASE DEBRIEFING AND CASE AUDITING
We have been able to apply our case management, case debriefing and case auditing models to some of our clients case loads; and the result is the consequent dilution of cases that had dragged the viability of their businesses over the years, and improved public perception of our clients.

We act for ship-owners, chatterers, shippers and marine insurers including P & I clubs.
TAX MATTERS
The firm is set out to build a solid track record for high quality and sound tax advice and tax planning, as well as extensive experience in negotiating and contesting tax disputes.
EMPLOYMENT
The Firm renders legal services for our various clients concerning employer / employee relations. We advise on and prepare service and consultancy agreements, and employment contracts.
