ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ADR)

The firm offers bespoke ADR services, such as; dispute avoidance (DA); dispute resolution advisory service; ( DRAS) post-dispute negotiation, problem-solving mediation (PSM), conciliation, dispute adjudication board (DAB), mediative-conciliation, executive tribunal and case evaluation. We have represented foreign construction companies in international DAB appointed and constituted by FIDIC (Switzerland); arising from FIDIC conditions of contract in an engineering and construction claim for a five star hotel in Africa. We were also involved in the enforcement of the DAB Decision in the courts.
